My career began in Mumbai's diamond trade at Renaissance Global Limited (2007–2010), progressing from Quality Controller to Operations Manager. The discipline of gem grading — precision at a micron level — shaped how I approach every business challenge.
In 2010, I relocated to Shanghai, joining KGK Diamonds (Shanghai) Ltd, where I've spent 15+ years shaping global sales infrastructure, integrating modern inventory systems, and coordinating operations across China, India, Hong Kong, Bangkok, Dubai, Belgium, and Japan.
Alongside diamonds, I've built a portfolio of independent ventures: Sonili (diamond & jewel ecommerce), EasyTally (diamond inventory SaaS), Xixianglian Trading (import-export), and most ambitiously — AMRTAVA™, a waste-to-value technology venture applying a structured, phase-gated framework to Mumbai's organic waste crisis.
